Whatcha doin for christmas, Amber?

Oh, thanks for asking! Not much.

1st Christmas - 2008

Since Jeff has to work Christmas day, we decided to celebrate christmas a day early. We did it last year, too, and it was so much fun, because after we were done opening presents we were able to go out for hot chocolate. :)

So... that means today is technically Christmas Eve for us. Yay!

However, this morning I woke up with a really awful migraine, and Jeff finally caught the stomach flu that I had two weeks ago (worst thing ever. I mean, really.) So... our Christmas tomorrow may be a little less Holly-Jolly and a little more like... death.

But, Here's our current tentative plans for Christmas:

Christmas Eve: 

Second Christmas (first one married) - 2009

Jeff and I get to open up one present early, since Santa was kind enough to come early to us. Before that we make cookies for Santa, veggies for the reindeer, and fruit for Santa to bring home to Mrs. Claus. (she works hard all year, too!)
Then we go out and drive around to look at Christmas lights! This year we're going to start in Provo, and then travel to Thanksgiving point to all of the Mansions for a big grand finale.

Christmas Day: 

It's your typical Christmas day - We open up all of our presents from Santa, and typically eat biscuits and gravy right afterwards. This year we got a pretty big bone for Buddy so he'll have fun on Christmas day, too. :)
As fun as it is to be with our parents Christmas day, it sure is a lot of fun to have our own Christmas together!
