back into it...

I found this amazing app for my phone that is a lot easier for me to keep track of calories. hopefully it makes sense what I put in:

So I burned almost 1,000 calories from working out, but I only ate 1400 calories. this means my net caloric intake was 490. whoops.  It's not that I'm wanting to starve myself, I'm just not all that hungry. Any ideas how to add high-calorie foods that are still healthy for you? And does anyone have any idea of how many calories I should be shooting for? It seems like every website I go to tells me I'm wrong. Boo, hiss.

ps - I'm down 3 lbs. :)

  3. That's so awesome that you're down 3lbs!!! Great work, Amber!! And I love that app:) It's great.

I would say that if you are trying to lose weight shooting for 1200-1500 calories isn't bad. It looks like you're doing what you should be if you're losing weight! Keep up the great work! :)
