Since Graduation, I've really been busting my chops to lose some of this post-marriage weight that I've gained. I've been working out daily, and doing simple things to change my diet - like adding more fruits and veggies, cutting back on portion sizes, etc. Jeff's lost quite a bit of weight doing less than that... So Imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale the other day, just to see how much weight I've lost to find that I've actually GAINED weight in the past two months. Gained!!! Not only that, but when I went to try on some pants in the store, I had gone up 6 pant sizes!!! Needless to say, I was humiliated.
This is unacceptable. I went to the doctors to make sure that there wasn't something wrong medically, and they said the best way to find out would be to track my diet and exercise for a month and then see if I still haven't lost weight.
This is where I need some help. For the next 30 days, I'm going to write here in my blog my diet and exercise for the day. What I need help with is friends and family members e-mailing me and nagging me if I don't record my day, or if you see anything that I should be adding to my day.
Needless to say, this is really important to me, and I honestly and whole heartedly will appreciate any and all comments that you may have. Sincerely.

ReplyDelete2 ideas to ponder over: I keep hearing that stress plays a big part with weight. And not eating after 5:30pm helped me to lose weight.
