A GIRL!!!
I have ultrasound pictures, but our little peanut was covering her face with both arms, and crossing both of her legs. Not surprising. She's a typical stubborn whiteley!
She's perfectly healthy, so we're happy. Not to mentioned it snowed this morning, which was probably just typical Utah Weather, but I couldn't help feel like it wasn't God smiling and telling me that everything will be just fine.
And now switching topics for the most embarrassing pregnancy story in the world:
Jeff and I had dinner with a few friends to celebrate that the baby was healthy, and to catch up with people since having moved. The food was fine, and we had a great time with everyone.
On the way home, (about an hour drive or so, with traffic) I felt my stomach acting up, so I asked Jeff to pull over at a gas station so I could drive.
All of a sudden, while on the freeway, with no place to pull over (stupid Utah construction) I feel the urge to throw up. I turned to Jeff and said, "I'm about to throw up. Can you steer the car for me while I throw up on the floor?" Without even missing a beat, Jeff said "go for it.".
So I threw up. But not into a neat little pile on the floor, no. I projectiled onto every square inch possible. All while driving 60-80 miles per hour on the freeway, having my husband steer the car for me.
I'm laughing about it now, because really, what else can I do? But I look back on last night, and think how amazing Jeff is that he was willing to steer the car for me and pat me on the back without ever making me feel guilty for everything.
he's a keeper.
Ps - I'm really sorry to everyone I was supposed to call last night. I was a little... predisposed. To say the least.
a girl!!!! congratulations!!! you are so beautiful!!!
