Oy, Utah weather. How happy I'll be to move out of here!
Here's what happened in April:
We had our first Easter together! Jeff was really stressed with school at the time, so I surprised him with an easter basket and hid some easter eggs.
While Jeff will never admit to it, he loves surprises almost as much as I do. So his face lit up when I told him that I had hid easter eggs around the house!
I ended up making a new tradition in our family - when I hid eggs, I put one thing that I loved about Jeff in each egg. We decided to make this a tradition for when we have kids, too!
Easter was fun, but I think easter with little ones will be even more fun. :)
Jeff and I took an even bigger adventure: Being seperated!
I went to St. George for Amanda's wedding. Amanda is a really good friend of mine from High School. However, Jeff had to stay in Provo for work.
Here are the bridesmaids:
and the beautiful bride and groom!
Being away from Jeff for a few days was harder than I thought! But I suppose that's a good thing!
I've also recently taken up crocheting - it's a huge stress reliever and helped a ton during finals. So I made Amanda a Pillow as a wedding gift, with a purple flower to match the bridesmaid color of dresses.
I'm not the greatest at it, but I definitely like doing it!
And the newest news is that Jeff got a full-ride scholarship! I am so incredibly proud of him, and love bragging about how great he is!
Other than that, there isn't much to report about April. We're both just grateful to be done with finals and starting summer! Now if only the warm weather would show up!
OOOOOHHHHH, you are fabulous at crocheting (thats a funny word to spell)!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love your blog, almost as much as I love you!!!!!

Great job on the pillow!! I have a scarf I've been working on for a couple of years that would probably only fit a cat. :p And good job to Jeff on the full-ride! :)
